This means the training course, or its elements, can be expanded, modified, changed at will, and employees throughout the organization receive the content updates instantly.

As this occurs, the test results are automatically added to the group reporting structure so that reporting of employees learning status is real-time and can be tracked and managed from the Group reports and History of Learning module.
