  • Comments, signatures, and other information must be completed before the assessment results can be submitted from the tablet to the administrator or applicable recipient.
  • Assessment results can be submitted offline or online. The smart device will download or upload immediately when a Wi-Fi connection is available. This data is synchronized to the cloud server.
  • Results from the assessor are converted into a PDF in the form format and automatically distributed to the nominated recipients.
  • The PDF’s can be printed if required.
